leaders jerseys will be awarded for Elite and U23 Men, Elite
Women, U19 and 10-14 Juniors, Amateur (B) Men, and Masters 35+, 45+ and
55+
* To be eligible for overall series prizes, riders must be present for
the overall series awards ceremony following the elite race at S. Kingstown,
RI.
* Double points will be awarded at the Series Finals at S. Kingstown,
RI.
* Elite Men, Under-23 & Elite Women will be required to have International
Licenses to compete.
* International Licenses will be available on race day for $75. Bring
a passport or birth certificate.
